Windows Todoist cannot show tasks after inserted some items

Suppose I created a new project "A", then I created 5 items.
Press "Refresh" button.
The left project name will show "A (5)" but all task contents have been gone.
The only solution is to use android phone to change the project name to "Abc", refresh.
Then the windows side will show the 5 items correctly.
Is there any solution to fix this?

Hi Jeffrey,

I was un-able to reproduce this issue. Which browser or app/plugin are you using?

Have you tried this on another?

Yes, it is not always reproduced 100%.
I can reproduced this issue sometimes in my two PC:
Windows 7 x64 English, and Windows 7 x64 Chinese OS.

This can happen in Todoist Windows Application (not based on browser). In fact this morning I got once. Since I use Todoist about two months ago, I have met this issue about 5-6 times.

BTW, I remembered this might be relevant to the project name you have been used that before.
Suppose I added a new project called "myproj" and added some items one month ago. 1 day later, I finished all items and closed/deleted/archived(?) that project.
One month later, I added a duplicated project name "myproj" again.
Then this problem may happen with high rate.
Not very sure about this, just for your reference.

Hello Jeffrey,

There is actually an issue that we're working on that seems to be similar (if not the same) as you describe. You have a project with tasks in it, you see the count, but the content shows "You have no tasks in this project" and usually a hard-refresh with Ctrl+F5 shows these tasks again.

We're working on this right now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

The issue regarding tasks disappearing from a project until refresh has now been fixed.
