Hi Patricio,

IPTABLES is a kernal based firewall on Linux distributions. Todoist is not currently available for Linux.

Which version of Linux are you running, most distributions by default don't put any permissions on iptables. Which means most applications are allowed to work.

If you are using a Linux based Router/Modem setup, then again, by default applications are allowed through. How did you setup your LAN in the first place, this would be the cause for Todoist to not be working on one of your non-linux systems.

What is the exact problem you are having, does Todoist not run? We do not have any dedicated proxy/network settings available within Todoist.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Brendon. I'm using linux as a firewall / proxy at the office, in one of my company's computers need to install todoist.com (under Windows), but I can not make it connect, if I could know that ports could try to unlock using those ports !

Patricio,

The Todoist Windows app is based off of Internet Explorer. All internet related settings are controlled through IE. The proxy needs to be configured through IE's settings because of this.

Unfortunately, we do know of issues when people are using Proxies and are working to find a solution.

Could you explain further as to what your issue is, you can not sign into the app? You are un-able to install it?

Thanks,
Brendon.
