Outlook plugin displaying the entire web page

Outlook todoist was working fine earlier today, then all of a sudden it refreshed and it now showing the entire web page in the side bar.

I tried clearing IE temp files, restarted outlook, and logged in again but still the same problem.

Hi Scott,

As I would suggested in the other thread, please give the following a shot. If this does not solve the issue, please let me know.

We are aware of this problem, and are working on it.

- Uninstall the plugin
- Run CCleaner (if you know how, I can explain if needed)
- Restart the computer
- Run CCleaner again (yes again :))
- Check Windows update, run all updates
- Make sure NET framework is installed, re-installation recommended
- Clear Internet Explorers cache
- Install Todoist Plugin

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. Do you think it is a problem with the server? I think I may hang out for a day or two and see if it fixes itself.

You say it refreshed, and it was changed. Did you refresh it? Do you happen to know what you were doing, did anything change before this happened.

I am referring to any programs, settings or changes you might have made on your system.

We aren't able to reproduce this problem, which causes it to be quite hard to solve the issue. Any information could be useful.

Also to clarify, are you running the latest version of the plugin, or an older version?

I'm running the latest version.

The app occasionally refreshes itself automatically while I'm working with any of the outlook/web apps. I'm not doing anything special, just browsing or creating new tasks.

When I say refresh, it cancels whatever I am doing and reverts back to the Today view. I'm am usually in a specific project dragging items or trying to add a new task when this happens.

I just upgraded to Premium as I am beginning to use this tool more and more. I have the same issue going on. I am using Outlook 2010.

One little tidbit might be that I hit the TD logo on the top left corner of the plug-in to refresh the view. As soon as I did so, I switched to the webpage being displayed in the plug in task bar. I am unable to revert back to the taskbar view.

A re-install of the plug-in does not help. I am on version

I tried logging out by hitting the "logout Todoist" button on the Add-ins toolbar, and then logged back in. Now I am back to the Task view. Sounds like a workaround to me.

I am not going to touch any refresh buttons from this point on :)
