Question concerning shared account

Hi there, I'm considering going premium and having a shared todoist account with 3 or 4 other people in my department as kind of a real time task manager. I need to know if I can do certain things though.

Firstly, can I have an open shared account with 3 or 4 other users?
Second, can I make tasks/projects/tasks within projects reoccurring?

Is there any way to archive so that I could maybe pull up the list from a week ago and see who did what and if something did or did not get done?

I may have other questions, but these capabilities are a necessity for my business.

Yes, you can share an account with more than one person, if you simply give access to the username and password, though this is not how Todoist is designed. There is no multi-user access to a Todoist account though. When it comes to team based project management, we recommend our other software Wedoist. Please head on over to https://www.wedoist.com to read all about it :)

You can indeed make a task recurring. When creating a new task, in the date area you can choose when that task occurs. For example, if you type in "every tuesday" in the date area (where it says "no due date"), that task will happen every Tuesday.

If you click on the date selection area, underneath the calendar, there is a link "Recurring Dates and more" which will show you more information about recurring tasks and how to create them.

If you click on the "gear" icon beside a Project name, there is the option to Archive, which you can always un-archive at a future date.

@Brendon Wadey

But Wedoist isn't nearly as good as Todoist. I can't have it on my phone or tablets. Are there plans on making todoist share projects/

Hi Michael,
integrating Todoist and Wedoist or combining their feature sets has been an ongoing request for a while now. Apparently the Doist team has plans in this regard, but as usual they are not very forthcoming with details or a timeline.

If you look around a bit in the forum you should find some more info ...
