Can't sync

Since yesterday I can't sync with Android app anymore. To make it a huge problem is, that I thought I remove the app from Android and install again. But now I have no tasks at all on my phone app.

I just remembered the mobile web app. So I am saved for the moment. But please look in the sync issue. I like the Android app very much.

I have also been having the same issue since last evening. The Web and Windows versions will sync, but the Android version will not.
I logged out of all versions, uninstalled from my phone, reinstalled, and logged back in. Now it is showing no tasks or projects on the phone. When I press the sync icon, it loads for a long time and says "Couldn't refresh. Try again later." The Windows version still shows all the tasks and seems to be working fine.
If it helps, I have Android version 4.0.3 with HTC Sense 4.0.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, this issue has been fixed in the versions 1.2.3 or later of the app, however since it's a back-end issue, for the changes to take effect, the majority of our users must move away from the 1.2.2 version of the app as using it causes these problems. We hope this will happen very soon and syncing will be fixed.

I have version 1.2.5 Android 4.0.3 and it is not syncing

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Again, it will sync soon once the majority of users move away from version 1.2.2 which is causing the server to overload.

Hello David,

I have Todoist for Android, version 1.2.10, and I got this problem two days ago.

So, you are saying that all users who have updated to version 1.2.3 and later will have this annoying issue on Android until the majority of the community update their software?? How many users are there to wait? Is it possible to downgrade the software so I can use the earlier version of Android app for my work?

Thank you for contacting us. This information is no longer applicable, all syncing issues have been fixed shortly after my last post and you shouldn't experience any of them.

If you do, please try to delete and reinstall the app and make sure you have a stable connection when you sync.
