Unable to login via outlook page



I am a new customer and have install the app on my iphone and my laptop.

When I open Outlook the Todoist page opens with the boxes to login but nothing happens. There is also a red x where I believe your logo should be.

I am using IE9 and have removed cookies as I saw in one of your responses on the web to someone else's query.

Hello Marilyn,

Please upgrade Internet Explorer to version 10 and see if it helps. If not, try to install this earlier version of our plugin: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/354a36dcf40f6dd891fafdb6d2b97716/as/OutlookTodoist.exe

I have Vista so unable to install IE 10 but it has worked by installing earlier version of the plugin.
