Why do I get an Error 502 (Bad Gateway) when clicking the Calendar icon in General Settings?

DM

I have just opened a Premium account and would like to add a calendar feed to Outlook.

When I click the Calendar icon in General Settings, the Bad Gateway error is displayed.

Is this something on my side or yours?

Hello Daniel,

Please try to add the feed to Outlook manually as show in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzGubOy8GuE and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. I didn't realise that the Calendar icon was just a redirect to the URL in the text box.

I've tried adding manually to Outlook (Open Calendar->From Internet) but still no joy - "Cannot verify or add the Calendar to Outlook. Make sure the following link is a valid calendar link: <the URL>"

I'm using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 32-bit (all latest updates and patches applied).

Any more ideas?

Daniel,

It's possible that there may be a temporary server overload for these requests, please try again at a later time and if the issue persists, let us know. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

This is working now, perhaps temporary server overload was the issue.

Thanks for your help,
Daniel
