We're sorry for the inconvenience. Logging out from it through Internet Explorer (which is used by the plugin) and clearing IE's cache and cookies should forward you to the correct site.
Did not work. Now it shows the todoist home page
Please try re-installing .NET Framework 4 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=17851
Also, log out of the plugin, then re-install it while Outlook is still running. Please give those a shot and let us know if it resolves the issue.

When? This is truly disappointing. I moved away from Remember the Milk specifically because of your Outlook plug-in. And now you are telling me this is a known issue? Disappointing

I managed to get mine working with the 2.1 version plugin. Funny thing is that I had to use this old version on my laptop running Win 8/IE 10/Outlook 2013... but on my work desktop with exactly the same setup the new plugin works great. I think it has to do with which browser you have set to default- if it is Chrome, and you login through the Outlook plugin, it tries to open your account using Chrome, which results in the webpage.
