Reminder problem

U

When I go to set a reminder, it is often the case that it either will not recognize the date, telling me it's not correct, or it will not allow me to change the reminder method.

I have tried entering dates line this:

June 15 2PM
or
Jun14 2pm
or
June 15th 2:00

nothing seems to work once the problem occurs. Other times however, this problem does not occur. I cannot see why it does it one time and not another. But what I really want to know is how do I get it to not happen at all?

Hello Michael,

None of the dates you've mentioned are supported by Todoist. The correct dates and times must include either "at" or @ before the time. For example:

June 15 @ 2pm
Jun 14 at 2pm
6/15 @ 2:00pm

All the above dates should be accepted as long as you include the @ (or "at").

Best regards,
David
