It can sometimes take up to an hour for Premium to take effect. Also make sure you are signing into the same account on all platforms.

Also, please give logging out, and back in again a shot. :)

but I still have a problem:

I signed up with my google account by using the OSX app - before the premium was active. I can now sign up (into the same account) - in the browser, and get to the premium todoist there. But, even after having logged out and back in to the same account using the app, I still only get to the free todoist account there.

I have tried different login accounts. What do I have to do in order to log into the Premium accoun via the app? And how can I remove the memory of these other attempts in order to get a new clean login account for all my devices? Maybe you can do this for me?

Best regards

Hello Egil,

According to our database, there are 3 Todoist accounts registered to your name, only one of them is Premium and it's the one associated with your GMail address.

Please always log into the same account on all platforms and you will have Premium access on all. Make sure you're logging in the same way an all platforms, that is - if you've signed-up once using the Google Account through the "Sign up with my Google Account" option, please log in the same way. If you haven't and you've just typed in the email and password combination manually, then also log in manually by typing the email password.

If you have multiple Google Account or use Google Apps with a different domain then it's possible that you're logging into the other Google Account through the app. To prevent this, please open GMail in Safari and log out from it. Then, log out from the Todoist app and when you try to log in, you will now be asked to log into the correct Google Account (as the app uses Safari's cache/settings).

Best regards,
