Won't work in outlook


I am a new user in Todoist and tried to load the outlook app. We are using an enterprise version of outlook 2003. Please help

Hi Mark,

Could you please confirm that you installed the Outlook plugin from this location http://www.todoist.com/outlook.

If it's still not working please follow these instructions to make sure the plugin is enabled.

Head to Tools->Other->Advanced Options->COM Add-ins… All you need to do is make sure Todoist has been checked. Once it's done it should load in Outlook.

If it's still not working could you please clarify what happens when you open Outlook, is there an error message? Also, which version of Internet Explorer are you running?
