Reminders Invalid Date Error

Keep on getting invalid date error when trying to set reminder - occurs if type Sunday, 5/26, etc. Perhaps there is something currently wrong with the system as I have not experienced this before.

Hello Andrew,

Please clarify what are the exact circumstances in which this issue occurs, for example - you use the web-app with Firefox, you have default reminders set to "SMS", you add a task due "Sunday at 2pm" and it has no default reminder attached to it? Or are you using the <remind> tag or the "Reminder" menu? If so - what exact due date and time are you typing in?

Best regards,

Hi David,

I am trying to manually set a reminder to a task by clicking on the gear to the right of the task and then opening the reminder box.

I am using Google Chrome logged into the website directly (no app). Service is mobile push notifications. I just tried with Internet Explorer and get the same invalid date error.

I have tried several options:

Sun 10am
Sunday 10am
5/26 10am

and I get an invalid date error each time.

Hi Andrew,

Please use "Sun at 10am" or "Sunday at 10am" for this to work.

Please confirm this works.

thanks - this worked. I was forgetting the "at".
