upgrade to todoist


I paid for an upgrade using my mobile iphone account and did not see upgrade features or any link to upgrade. I then paid for the primium upgrade again on my mac. Again, I do not see anyway to access the upgrade features. i have now paid for it twice and still do not have access. Can you please help?

Hello Tim,

The upgrade happens instantly and automatically upon purchase and I can confirm that your account is now Premium for the next 2 years.

If you can't see the Premium features, please log out and back into the app on all devices to see the changes.

If you'd like to use Todoist Premium for 2 years, you can keep it, but please cancel both payment subscriptions on PayPal as both may renew after a year. If you prefer to keep only one year of Premium, please cancel only one subscription on PayPal and send us:
- The email address you've used with PayPal to subscribe
- The unique transaction ID of the second payment
and we will refund one of the payments.
