Not able to see in Outlook
Please try to uninstall the Outlook plugin (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist" in Programs and Features), then install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/23ba6af99340be5655be8317812129dd/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists.
If it does, please tell me:
- What version of Outlook are you using (2007, 2010, 2013)?
- What edition of Outlook are you using (32-bit, 64-bit)?
- Are you connected to the internet when this issue occurs?
- Are you behind any firewalls or proxy servers?
