Page not loading redirect error


Both Chrome and Firefox are unable to resolve the ToDoist URL. This error shows instead .

"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

Annoying when I can't get to my To Dos the morning of a very busy day. Particulalry for a service I have paid for.

Hi Dan,

This issue should be fixed already. Please let me know if it persists.

Please note that on the desktop apps it may be necessary to log out. On Windows, you can log out through the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray), on a Mac - you can find the logout option in the TD icon of the top bar.
If it does please answer these questions.

Please tell me:
- Are you using Todoist in English?
- Have you tried to type todoist.com within the address bar (don't use bookmarks)?
- Have you tried to go directly to https://todoist.com/app?v=108 after this message appeared?

cleared cookies & browser cache - yes
multiple browsers affected - yes
tried reboot- yes
