Sorry is it possible to get an invoice for paying the premium version? Where should it be requested? It is not for my but my colleague's account.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to receive an invoice right now, but we're planning to offer different payment options in the near future and this will also introduce the option of invoicing.

Unfortunately not. We always try to avoid releasing unfinished features in general. Once it works reliably, we'll publish it. A rough estimate would be end of May or beginning of July as it's the next planned feature to be released and we've been working on it already, we hope it'll be the end of May.

Can't you at least send an email confirmation of premium purchase when paying by PayPal, so our accountant has some reference of the purchase?

Every payment results in a payment receipt being sent either by us if you pay through our site, or by PayPal, Google or Apple.
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the receipt from PayPal upon purchase.
We have received the Paypal receipt thank you, but regardless of that, I would expect an email confirmation from yourselves, showing your business details, as an invoice, like any normal company would.
To provide a service without any issue of receipt of invoice (directly) from yourselves is bad practise really... Especially with no mention of your company address, etc (I have however, found this now through your 'press' section on the website).
Hi, I was considering todoist for our company but if I can't have invoices and an alternative payment method (ex credit card for all the accounts I want to create for the company) it is clearly a no go for me. Our IRS laws expect us to provide invoices with at least our company name and address, the price, the description of the buyed product, the method of payment and your company name and address. If not I shall pay on my wallet for all our employees (ok we're not google but it will still hurt me a little :) )
Seriously guys... making such nice and pro product for companies and not issuing invoices? ^_^

We are issuing invoices for Todoist for Business users. If you go to https://todoist.com/business and start the trial then if you're already a Premium user, the value of the remaining Premium time would lower the amount of your first invoice.
That said, although we can't issue an invoice for your previous Premium payment, you could move over to Todoist for Business, enter your company data in the Admin panel and make a monthly or annual payment which will, as I've mentioned, be lowered by the value of your remaining Premium time.
Is this possible now to receive an invoice ?

No. You can convert to Business by going to Todoist.com/business but the invoice would be created for today.
my premium yearly account is supposed to renew on january 25th.
If I enter the business trial account let's say on january 23rd, will I convert my premium account into business automatically without being billed on jan 25th for premium in parallel ?
If correct, I understand I'll be billed (and therefore will receive an invoice) only 14 days after (ie, after the trial period, early march). Do you confirm ?

You will start your trial the moment you sign up for Business. Any Premium time will only be used upon the end of the trial when the purchase is made.
