Problems Accessing Account


I am a new premium user, and I am receiving the following errors when trying to login:

Todoist Website: HTTPs (the encrypted version) of Todoist is only avaible for premium users

Todoist Desktop App: Error: DNS Name Not Resolved

Hello Christy,

Please try to clear your browser's cache and offline data. Let me know what browser you're using and I'll give you the details on how to do it (as offline data may not clear automatically upon removing the cache). Also - does this issue occur in a different browser as well?

As for the desktop app. If you're referring to the Windows desktop app, please click on the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray) and use the logout option and see if it helps. If the issue persists, uninstall the app and install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/46df05282d620e14d9ddd8a60d813dad/as/Todoist_for_Windows.RC.exe
