I am getting this error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same message. Running windows 7
Could you please tell me how you are accessing Todoist? Are you using our Windows Application, or our Outlook Addon? Which version are you using of that application, if it's Outlook, which version of Outlook are you running as well.

Brendon, I have the same error, but I'm not a premium user. I'm using the Windows application, the most recent version. My computer runs Windows 8. I've previously used the application with no problems. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no improvement.
ps: What font are you using in the "staff" and "answered" images?

As far as I know, I'm not behind a proxy. I'm on my home computer, with basic cable internet. I tried logging out and logging back in. I also used the task manager to ensure the application was completely shut down, and not still running in the background, before I reopened it. As I said, I've used it successfully before. Earlier this morning, in fact. My laptop had some sort of error, Windows shut itself down and restarted (as it's wont to do) and when I tried to reopen the application, I got the error.
Please try to install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/46df05282d620e14d9ddd8a60d813dad/as/Todoist_for_Windows.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists. Also, please note that shutting down the app will not clear its cache as logging out through the TD icon in the notifications area will do.
