Hello Andrey,

Please tell me:
- Are you online when you're trying to use these apps?
- Are you behind a firewall or a proxy server?
- Do you use any anti-virus programs?

Best regards,
David

Andrey,

Please try to connect without a proxy and disable the anti-virus program and let me know if the issue persists.

Also, please tell me - can you connect directly at todoist.com through a browser or do you see the same error message there?

Best regards,
David

Andrey,

Please uninstall the Outlook plugin through the Control Panel -> Programs and Features (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist") and try to install this updated version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/1edb5e32790186f1ded825549e63bfb3/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists.

It may indeed be related to the proxy or firewall settings of your network (even though the web-app of the FF plugin work), therefore if the above solution doesn't work, please try to ask your system administrators if they could permit Todoist to connect.

Best regards,
David

Hello,

We've updated our Windows app so that it should handle proxies correctly. It always worked during our tests, but we wold greatly appreciate if you could install it and confirm if it fixed your issues: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/29465f3a4c6c7f36ed42d9a1c6b294d0/as/Todoist_for_Windows.exe
