Session Timeout


I keep getting a "Session Timeout" error when opening the Windows app. Tried restarting, tried switching default browsers, etc. Thanks for the help!

Hello Jake,

Please tell me:
- Are you online when you log into the app?
- What version of Windows are you using?
- Do you have a firewall that may block internet connection for this app?

Also, please click on the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray), choose "logout" and then log back in and let me know if the issue persists.
