Todoist not working on safari and / or your app since this morning?


I can still see my tasks on the iPhone, but not on my iMac, nor on my macbook air. Not with safari and not with your app too.

What happens there? Serverproblems?

Thanks for a quick answer, need my todoist. pleeeease

Please try to clear your browser's cache, make sure you have the latest version of Safari installed and if this doesn't help, please tell me - can you reproduce this issue in a different browser?

I had the problem on 2 machines, safari and firefox. Latest versions for everything. It didn't work this morning on my home-network and later in the office. Back to home, just now, it did work properly. Why?

I will see back to the office tomorrow.

There was a 5-10 minutes server issue this morning which made it impossible to log into Todoist. It's fixed now, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the other issue - clearing Safari's cache should solve it. Also, logging out from our app (through the docked TD icon) should do it too.
