Sorting of to-do lists

T

Hello, can you please make saving of sorting lists of tasks. Because after choosing sort by date it is working just for a moment, before that it does not work.
It is how my list of tasks looks like but before i selected sort by date -http://d.pr/i/1bD3

//
And yes, guys i really want to be in project, coz in fact it is the first to do list which i found for myself high productive. It is because of:
* always up-to-date badges with count of tasks on iPhone and OS X
* very stable push notification - i can really be sure that i will not skip anything
* attaching notes
a lot more i can say

Can i get a job of a designer for example? I sent you my prototype of widget for menu bar OS X, but did not receive answer. Hour ago i created the thread hear about, if somebody is interested you can vote for - https://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/871/

Thank you

Hello,

Please clarify - does the sorting change automatically while you're viewing the project? Can you see the task being re-sorted as you watch the project?

Also, how long does it take for the sort to change?

Regarding your suggestion for the redesign - thank you for posting it to the Votebox, we monitor all suggestions posted there and it helps us decide what features to add to the future. If you're interested in a job for Todoist, you're welcome to send your resume to jobs@doist.io

See, sorting of tasks is working just if you will push sort button. If you will add a new task it will be in the end of list of todos and you must press to sort again.

This is correct - the sort by date/name/priority option is not a permanent on/off feature - when you use it is sorts the currently added tasks once, but it will not automatically repeat itself when you make any changes.

You can use the keyboard shortcut "s" to sort tasks in a projects by date and "p" to sort them by priority.

David,

Along with the shortcuts "s" (for 'sort by date') and "p" (for 'sort by priority'), is there also a shortcut for 'sort by name' when in Projects?

If not, would this possible?

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any questions.

Thank you for your consideration.
