Possible to view one task at a time?

I am trying out todoist, as I have been searching in vain to find a task manager with what I think is a simple feature... to view only one task at a time. So say I am doing a weekly review, I don NOT want to see full lists. I want to see only one, decide to take action, leave it as is, make changes, etc. Then, I want to click next to view the next one. Any way to to this with todoist?

Hello Eric,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to see only one task in Todoist. You could set dates to a couple of tasks due "tomorrow" (for example) and you would see only these few tasks if you would query "tomorrow" in the search box and you could then decide which task you want to work on, which you want to postpone, move to a different date etc.

You could also use labels or priorities to mark tasks. For example, if tomorrow you would like to try to complete 3 tasks, you could assign priority 1, 2 and 3 to each of them and then search for "p1" or "p2" and this way you could see only the one task with this priority.

Thanks, David. Please consider it as a feature to add. No one else seems to have it. Just a simple way to help focus on one task at a time, to help keep the mind from wanting to multi-task, look to the next task, get overwhelmed, etc. Thanks!
