Tried to undo the completion of a task with sub-tasks

Hi,

I had a parent task which I ticked as complete by accident. I clicked on undo and it was restored but all of the child tasks were not restored and couldn't be found in the completed tasks list either.

Steve.

Hello Steve,

When a parent task is completed, it's still linked to its sub-tasks on the completed list and all should be un-checked at once.

Please tell me:
- Can you find the completed sub-tasks by clicking on "Get completed tasks" multiple times?
- Can you find them when using the q: search option by searching for a word they contain?
- Did you at any time use any third-party mobile apps?

Best regards,
David

No.

No.

No.

I've now replaced the lost child tasks and created some test tasks and I can't replicate the problem I encountered.

Whilst testing the delete/undo of a parent task, the undo managed to duplicate the parent task (and children) which is a bit concerning.

Steve,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce neither of these issues. Please try to log out, clear your browser's cache and remove Todoist's offline data, reload the browser and log back in through https://todoist.com (if you have a bookmark, please make sure that it points to this URL and doesn't include any older version numbers).

Also, please tell me:
- What browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this in a different browser?

Best regards,
David
