Completing Sub-Tasks

When I check off a sub-task (indented under another task) to mark it completed, why does it always remain in the screen (grayed out)? To remove it I have to delete it.

(Presumably this affects karma too, but I'm not worried about that).

Hello Nick,

Sub-tasks stay on the list until their parent task is completed (for reference).

If you prefer to remove them, there are two options:
1. Right-click on a completed sub-task and choose "Move to history"
2. Hold the SHIFT key while you're checking a sub-task off and it will be removed from the list right away.

Best regards,

Great, didn't know I can do that. I was slightly annoyed by gray subtasks staying and deleting them by hand. I use large amount of asterisked tasks as sub-inboxes in projects, so I never really complete the top tasks until the whole project is done...
