Why are my SMS reminders not working?

I got premium just so I can get reminders to my phone, but the feature is not working. I put in my phone number, selected T-mobile, and asked for a test message to be sent, but nothing. None of the reminders I set up worked either. Can somebody help me to get this to work or give me a refund?

Hello Kaila,

Please make sure that your number is added in the following format: +48123456789, that is: with a plus at the front followed by your country code and your number with no spaces or dashes.

As you edit the number, please select "International" as your provider and then choose one of the Canadian hosts from the "Number to send from" drop-down menu.

Then send a test message and if it won't work, please repeat the test with each of the 3 hosts and then again with "T-Mobile" if this won't help.

If the issue still persists, please send your phone number to david@doist.io and we'll send 3 test messages through our system and if neither will arrive, we'll contact our SMS provider about this issue.
