I am not receiveing mobile alters. pls advice.
Please tell me - did this feature work in the past, but stopped now? Also, please make sure that your phone number is added in the correct format, such as +48123456789 that is - a plus at the front followed by your country code and full number with no spaces or dashes.
If it is, when you're editing it, make sure "International" is set in the "Provider" drop-down list and try to select each of the three outgoing hosts from the "Number to send from" drop-down menu and try the "Send a test" option with each host.
If this won't work either, please send your full phone number to email@example.com we'll send 3 tests through our system and if neither will arrive, we'll contact our SMS provider about this issue.
