Outlook Won't Login


I've been using the Outlook version for a week with no problem. Now, when I open my email Todoist just shows the loading bars - been going for hours without a connection.

I can access my account online, no problem but nothing on Outlook

Hello Cynthia,

Please try to uninstall the plugin through your system's Control Panel -> Programs and Feature (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist") and then install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/4213960e2dd34efbcebad4fee1d4d855/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and let me know if the issue persist. This is an updated version which we'll soon publish and announce.

I just started having the same problem during the last couple of week.s I also just downloaded this update and everything is back to working properly.
