Tasks not shown

In one of my projects. The two tasks I have only show up on my phone (Android), but not on my computer. The number 2 is showing on both phone and computer. Synchronising doesn't correct the problem. This is the first time I have this issue, how can I avoid it?

Hello Dominic,

Please try to clear your browser's cache (on your computer), reload the browser and then check if this task is still not visible. If it isn't, try to use the q: search to look for a certain word within the task's name and let me know if you can find it this way (you can also try to search for a label, if it has any labels or by due date).

Hello David. I will try all that if the problem occurs again. I fixed it by adding a task on the computer and sync the phone then the computer. All tasks arrived!

Hello!
Some of my projects are not showing the tasks to be completed. On others all the tasks show up. Right next to the name of the project it lists the number of tasks, but they don't appear when I select the project. For example, see the attached project, "Advancement Resources." You can see there are 19 tasks but none appear in the window to the right. Can you please help?

@cristin clark That's EXACTLY the problem i have.

I don't know why the bug appears with projects only. Some projects have no problem at all....

Okay that seem to be related to browser chache or something.

When i used an "incognito" chrome page (by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N), i was able to see all my tasks...

Solution: Delete cookies!

I'm having this same problem, just today (new version?), on Mac and Google Chrome (but not on Android). I have projects that look like the attached (as part of a main project, "Home")


The projects "Gardening and Outdoor - home" and "Home Improvement, Maintenance, repairs" show empty when I go to them on Chrome or Mac (but show up fine on Android). And when I tried to add a task and assigned it to "Home Improvement, Maintenance, repairs" on the Mac, clicked OK, it just sat there and clicking OK multiple times did nothing. If I clicked "Cancel' it'd ask me if I wanted to cancel (this was actually the first symptom I saw).

I went out on Android, and found every time I had clicked OK it had indeed added the task.

I deleted cookies and it is working fine now…☺

If only the Mac app had a "Delete cookies" option. Chrome's working for me again anyway.

I deleted cookies, cleared cache, but the problem still persists.

Yes. Installed Chromim Web Browser, logged in and still got the same results.

hmm... quite strange, seems to be a different bug, for me using a clean new browser solved it... Maybe someone from Todoist should take a look as your account... (?)

I'm having the same problem. I'm on a chrombook, so using chrome browser. I've cleared my history and cache and cookies and I'm still not seeing my tasks in a few of my projects.

I tried that yesterday and it wasn't working. But my tasks are back today!
