Dummy Account for a Presentation

I use Todoist Premium and want to get our office staff onboard with the program, however I do not want to display my personal Todoist on the screen (with my tasks/projects) as my subordinates will be viewing the presentation as well. I want to show the notes/various Premium features, so is there a way to do so on a Dummy account?

Hello Noreen,

Unfortunately, we don't have dummy accounts for this purpose, but you could overcome this issue by archiving projects.

If you right-click on a project and click on "Archive", it gets hidden at the bottom. You can archive all your projects or just those which you don't want to show and then, after the presentation, click on "Show archived projects" at the bottom and right-click on any archived project and choose "Unarchive" to recover it in the same state as you've archived it.

You could use some of our videos showing Todoist during the presentation from our YouTube channels:
- the old channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/IstProductivity
- the new channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/DoistApps

Also, if you're working in a team and look for easy-to-use project management software, we recommend our other service created for team-based work: https://wedoist.com In the future, both services will be interchangeable with common functionality.

Best regards,
