todoist Windows standalone app won't load

I'm using the standalone app on Windows on two different computers. On one, it works fine. On the other, launching todoist gets me just a pane with the word todoist and 3 blinking dots.

On both computers, the web version works fine, but I'd really rather use the standalone version.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting my computer. Any other suggestions?

Hello Matthew,

Please click on the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray) and choose "Logout". This should redirect you back to the login page and after logging back in the issue should no longer persist.
