Windows application is not loading


I just installed the windows application and launched it for the first time. It is stuck on a loading screen and will not advance. I've attempted to close and relaunch the application without success. Any advice on how to continue?

If it matters, this is at work behind a firewall that is most likely blocking any outgoing requests. The main windows app page indicates that the application can be used online and offline.

Hello Brad,

To try to log in again, please click on the TD icon in the notification area (system tray) and use the "Logout" option from the context menu. This should redirect you back from the loading page.

Please note that our Windows application requires and internet connection. When it connects to our servers and you log in, it will download your data to a local cache and then, if you don't log out, you can continue to access it offline. Same applies to our web-app - it can also be accessed offline after the initial login (if you use an HTML5 compatible browser and access it through this URL: https://todoist.com/app?v=92).

Oh, thank you for the response. Unfortunately I will not be able to log in with the application due to network restrictions. An offline only mode would be nice.
