What to do with the Oulook view



I succesfully installed the Outlook Add-In and now while opening the mail, the Todoist Box appears on the upper right hand corner of the screen. In the beginning everything worked fine.

Now the Box is empty, so all I can see is Todoist name on the top of the box. None of my information is available.

What should I do?

Hello Juha,

The Todoist for Outlook plugin should be visible in a pane on the right side or, if you move it somewhere else - on either side of the screen.

Please tell me - do you see the complete plugin pane in Outlook on the right side, but it's blank inside? If so, please try to close Outlook, open Internet Explorer, go to its options and clear its cache and cookies. Our plugin always uses IE to connect along with its settings.

If this won't help, try to access Todoist.com through IE, log in there, then open Outlook and see if it helps and you're logged in there as well. If you were logged in IE already, try the opposite - log out through IE and then open Outlook and see if you'll get on the login page in the plugin pane.
