Hello Scott,

Unfortunately, that's not possible, but you can use the import/export option: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Rl_CLGY_3o and importing a set of tasks will also import all labels within them.

Get your labels into a plain text file (add the @ character if not present).

Create a new temporary project. Click the Task Action gear and select Import. Upload labels_file.txt. The new project will have one task for each label. Those labels stay in Todoist even after you delete the new project.

i would love to find an app that gives me all my tasks on my expensive windows phone and having searched and waited still have not got one.

Now, the relevance to this topic is that (like millions of others) my tasks are in Outlook - the best task system out there - arguably the de facto choice for task (even project) management - and as i have been using it for many years i have many many tasks on there.

So my question to developers is - do you expect me to type all my tasks into your new shiny system tap by tap??

And then what? It will be trapped there ?

See, for me 'the cloud' is not my dream - it is merely a tool. Currently my tools are less productive because i HAVE to use the cloud - whereas before i could sync my phone and pc wirelessly without the web. So any new web driven service is pointless unless it first gives me control over MY DATA. A task system is easy and there are dozens out there which all have the same flaw - they aren't as good as outlook and as soon as i lose data connection i literally have NOTHING. Well actually i have a pen and notepad - and i can get quite a few for $29 per year... And they work in flight mode!

Good luck with your app.
