Error 302


When using the desktop widget in windows, one of my tasks was to email someone with the email address. When I click on the email (actually to copy it, but i left clicked it) i get the message (i changed the address for privacy):

Error -302 when loading url mailto:XXX@XXX

Now, the desktop widget is stuck, even if i force close it and re-open it, it doesn't work. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it, but accidentally did it again and now i have to uninstall it again! Help!

Oh also it does't close so i have to task manager force close it after this error.

Hello Hans,

Thank you very much for your report, we've been able to reproduce this issue and we'll address it in future updates of our Windows app.

For now, to get out of the error screen, please click on the TD icon in the notification area (system tray) and choose "Logout". This should bring you back to the Login page and won't forward you to the error message after you log in.
