Outlook plugin

I work in an environment in which contents of my outlook calendar are private and sensitive. I wanted to install the outlook plugin but only so that I can move my projects from todoist into my outlook calendar. However I do not want any information to flow in the opposite direction, from outlook to todoist. I wanted to know before installing the plugin that this is indeed what the plugin does. Thank you.

Hello Pedro,

The plugin itself does not make any changes to the Outlook calendar. If you want to synchronize your Todoist tasks in our Outlook Calendar, you'll need to use our iCal feed which is a Premium-only feature.

The plugin itself only gives you access to your Todoist account in a pane on the right side and allows you to link emails as Todoist tasks.

Either way, installing the plugin does not interact with your calendar and using the iCal feed to export your tasks to the Outlook calendar only works one way - from Todoist to Outlook, no other calendars you have will be affected and none of the data in our calendar is ever added to Todoist.

Feel free to take a look at these short videos:
