I forwarded some mails as tasks, but somehow they did not show up. I also have not received a failure message. What happened there?
Please tell me - when exactly did you forward them? Unfortunately, there was technical issue with our site (around midnight UTC) and it's possible that it might have caused this issue.

just as in the days before I was forwarding some Mails to my Todoist mailbox, using the same sending and receiving Email address as before. However, yesterday I added a new Email address to the "safe" list, allowing for task creation.
I just tried to forward your email with the support notification and it still does not seem to work.
Please try to add a wildcard address to the list. For example, if the new address is a GMail address, add
to the list, if not, try the name of the domain, for example: @yourdomain.com
I added the wildcards to no avail. Still does not work :(
Btw deleting all but the main email address does not help either. And if I use an email provider which is not on the safe list, there is no warning email (like there had been before). So my guess would be an issue with the mail processing ...
Sorry, just received the warning for not using a safe email address. Still, adding task via email continues to not work for me.
