Application for Windows is not working

After cliking in the icon, the Todoist windows opens and after some time I receive the following message:

Error -118 when loading url http://win.todoist.com/main?mini=1&native_app=win

Any clues?

Hello Carlos,

Please try to click on the Todoist icon in the system tray and choose "Logout" then log back in and let me know if the issue persists.

David, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it did not work. I even removed the application and reinstaled after having restarted the computer, same result.

Carlos,

Please tell me - are you connecting to the internet through a proxy server or have any additional firewalls or servers in your network?

Yes, I'm connecting through a proxy server.

Carlos,

I have passed this information to the developers as this is the cause of this issue. If you have an option to not use a proxy server, you could try to turn it off to confirm.

David, thanks. Unfortunately, while connecting at my office I have to use the proxy server. I will try to connect tonigh from my home office, but in any case it would be much better if I could use the application during working hours as well.

We've updated our Windows app so that it should handle proxies correctly.
