How do I renew Premium before it expires?

My Premium subscription expires in a couple of days but I don't see any way to renew it before then. I click on the Gear icon and choose "Todoist Premium." I can see on the popup when my subscription expires but nothing about how to renew it now.

Please log into your PayPal account and check if you have an active renewing payment subscription. You can quickly search for it using this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=amix@amix.dk

If you do, it will renew automatically, if not, please use the "Upgrade now" button on the Todoist Premium page.

The message from PayPal says: "No active subscriptions to amix@amix.dk were found. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history."

There is no "Upgrade now" button on the Todoist Premium page. I see a message about the date my Premium expires, some other info about Premium, and a link to PayPal that is the same as the one posted above.

We're sorry, but there seems to be an issue with our style file at the moment. The "Upgrade now" button is to the right side of the $29/year price in the middle of this window. Please try to highlight the whole text on this page to see it. We will correct this link as soon as we can.

Can you tell me how to find my renewal date as well so I can stay on top of my renewal?

It's located on the Premium page. Log into the web-app, click on the gear icon in top-right corner and choose "Todoist Premium". You should see the date at the top of the popup window.

If you have a payment subscription set up on your PayPal account, it will renew automatically, though.

my subscription expires April 15th, can i renew it now? how? i dont see any button to do so right now
Or does the button appear when the expiration day arrives?
(dont want to renew automatically with Paypal)

Hello Judith,

If you've paid with PayPal before, then you will have to cancel the related payment subscription directly on your PayPal account otherwise it will automatically send the payment.

Aside from that, you can renew anytime. Simply go to https://todoist.com/premium and click on the "Extend" button (while being logged into Todoist).

Hi! I've had an email saying that my premium subscription expires on 13th July (3 days from now!), but I pay on a rolling monthly basis via Google Play. In fact, it's still listed on the subscription page of the Google Play app, and shows 14th July as the next payment date. Do I need to take any action, or should I just disregard the email?

Hi Matt,

You can always renew way in advance before your subscription expires as the time is only added on top of your existing one. If you're planning to renew, I suggest to do it before you premium subscription expires. :-)
