windows app does not start after installing and return error message


I got this error message when try to run Todoist windows app
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000135). Click on on OK to terminate the application."

I'm using windows xp sevice pack 2
Is there any solution?

The first impression of your windows app was really frustrating! I found out that .net framework is needed.
The whole process of .net framework installing is a real PITA! so forget it and bye bye Todoist!
I hope you were writing your windows app based on something else and didn't cause so mush trouble and frustration for the first time user.

We're sorry to hear that. The .NET Framework should install quickly just as any other application and is not harmful to your system in any way, but we appreciate your feedback and we will consider using different tools in the future.
