Annual Recurring Date

Is it possible to add a date that recurs annually on the third Monday of January?

Thanks. --Bill

Hello Bill,

It's possible to set a task to "every 3rd Monday", but it will repeat on literally every 3rd Monday and it's possible to create an annual task with a date such as "every 20 Jan" which will repeat exactly on every 20th of January, but unfortunately, it's not possible to combine these two right now.

We will consider adding such option in the future, though, and you're welcome to add your suggestion and your vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/22/

Hello, I was wondering if there were any news on this development. It's something that would be very useful.

I was trying to set up a reminder to change my clocks for Daylight Savings Time, which occurs annually on the second Sunday of March and on the first Sunday of November. There is currently no way of doing this in Todoist.

Also the voting link doesn't work anymore.

Hi Caroline,

Our votebox is currently closed. Please feel free to share your suggestions on the forum.

We are working on developing a brand new date parser which will include a lot more options soon!
