Desktop app frozen


After updating to Premium my desktop app has frozen at the "Completed view is a premium feature" page, the last page I was at before i updated.
The program seems to be working in Google Chrome, but I cant see a app button on the screen: is there a better way to start the program without having to go to the web site every time.

Is it possible to have the 2 apps on the same computer, as i would rather work in the Windows version as i am off line for parts of the day.

Hello Steve,

Please try to right-click on the app's tray icon and use the "Log out" option or quit and restart the app. If neither works, try to uninstall it and re-install it again.

Please note that all our apps incl. the web version and all plugins are fully HTML5 compatible so you can log into them, then disconnect from the internet and continue to use them offline and sync the changes at a later time.
