Website link not appearing in new iPhone app


I had added a website link as a task. However, when I look in the iPhone app, that task just appears as a blank entry. If I go into edit mode on that task, the link appears. Oddly, I have other tasks that are website links and there is no problem with those ones appearing in the new app.

Hello Paul,

Could you please send us one such link? Is it formatted differently then the other links?

Please note that the correct format for using links in tasks is:

https://google.com (Link to Google)

in which case the words "Link to Google" are going to be linked to the URL.

Thank you for the quick reply. Here's the link:

Based on your explanation, I started tinkering with the link and discovered that the problem was "()" that appeared after ".html" in the task. I just took that out and everything seems fine now.

I'm not sure why that link was different than any other. I normally add websites as tasks via the "Add website as task" feature in your Firefox Add-on?? I also found it interesting that I was able to see and click on the link if I was using that add-on or your proper website - I was just unable to see it in the new iPhone app.
