Postponing overdue tasks

Hi, I noticed discrepancy in functionality between the Web (Firefox) version of Todoist and mobile version for Android. Posting this here, because I prefer the way Android version handles the situation.

In both versions, when a task is one day past due and you are viewing in "Today, Overdue" mode, the task shows in Yesterday group of tasks.

However, if I were to "postpone" this yesterday's task, on Web, it will move the event to tomorrow. On Android, it moves the task to today.

Personally, I think Android way of doing this is more useful. If something is past due, default action should be that you ought to take care of it today, instead of tomorrow. If a task is past due more than one day, it should still be moved to today.

So if possible, I would go with the Android version of functionality.

Thanks for the awesome apps!

Hello Eldar,

Thank you for your report, we are aware of this issue and we'll fix it on the Android app.

The correct way is the one available on the web-app. If you want to complete the overdue task today, you can check it off. If you do not want to complete it today, you postpone it in which case it will be due tomorrow otherwise postponing a task would require using the option twice.

Of course if you prefer the other option, you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/461/ and we may consider changing it in the future.

Best regards,
