I am having trouble logging in from another computer using another browser...

It should work from any computer/any browswer, right?

Are Chrome and Firefox preferred?

Hello John,

Our service should be accessible through any popular HTML5 compatible browser, that is (among others) - Internet Explorer 8 or later, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera etc.

If you can't log in, please explain in detail what happens exactly if you try to log in? At which point are you experiencing an issue and what happens on the screen (do you see any error messages)?
