Hello Henri,

Yes, you can do so using our Todoist for Outlook plugin: http://todoist.com/outlook

Alternatively, you can simply forward your emails to Todoist (without any plugins) and the mail subject would become the task name and the content - a task note.

For detailed information about this feature, enter a project, click on the "Task actions" gear icon at the top of your list and choose "Email tasks to this project" from the drop-down menu.

But I already installed the Outlook plugin.

I don't see any possibility to sent through a received email without copying and pasting the emailadress of my task (as described in the second part of your answer).

So, how to send the email with the plugin?

You can't send an email using the plugin. The plugin only allows you to add an email as a task by entering a project, scrolling down to the bottom of your task list and using the "Add email as task" link.

To get more information about the other feature I was referring to, please open your browser and go directly to todoist.com, log into your account and access it through the gear icon I was referring to earlier.

Here's a short screencast I've made showing how this feature works: http://www.screencast.com/t/oyiCQ8b3MX

As you see - when you click on the "Email tasks to this project" option, a popup window will appear where you can read detailed instructions how to use this feature.

If you have any further question, please don't hesitate to ask anytime.

Best regards,
