Premium Membership Query


I initially signed up for premium in October 2011, and so was expecting the membership to expire in October 2012. However, according to the website, my premium membership expires on October 1st 2013. But I haven't paid for another year and there is no indication of any transaction on my bank statement.

Is there a mistake here, or am I missing something? To be clear, I want my membership to continue, but I also want to make sure that you're getting paid for it!


PS. The mobile apps are astonishingly good. I'm completely blown away by them!

Hello Derek,

At the beginning of this year, we've been offering Todoist Premium at a discounted price and to make the offer fair, anyone who already had a Premium membership, has received an extra 6 months extension for free.

Our recent Black Friday promotion worked the same way and if you've visited the promotion page, you've been credited with another extra 6 months. That must be the reason why the expiration date has been changed.

We're glad you like our new apps and enjoy using Todoist :)
