Dear Sir

I have paid USD 14.00 for premium function but it seems it is not activated so can you please guide me to activate.

Hello Madhav,

According to our database, your Premium membership is activated. Please try to log out and back in and if it won't help, log out, then clear your browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in.

Hello Marie,

You have an active Todoist Premium account until May 2014. Please tell me - do you see the @ or q: links below the search box in the top-left corner on your account? Can you add a task note?

Please try to use a non-cached browser window. In Chrome, that's "Incognito Window" (Ctrl+Shift+N), in Firefox - Private Browsing mode (Ctrl+Shift+P).

If you're using a different browser, please let me know which one so I can assist you with clearing the cache and offline data.

Hello Aline,

If you're certain that you don't have multiple Todoist accounts and a different one might have been upgraded, please post the order reference ID or the transaction ID of your payment and we'll upgrade it manually.

I 'veupgraded to Premium, and even though I can access Premium features on the browser I cannot on the Outlook Add-in. I've already tried reinstalingl the add-in and logout/login. Anything else I should try?

Hello Miguel,

Please make sure that you're logging in through Outlook to the same Todoist account as you do on the web. The upgrades are set for an account, not the specific apps so the only cause for this can be that the plugin reads a cached version of the free account.

That said, please log out from your account in Outlook, close Outlook, open Internet Explorer (which our plugin always uses to connect), clear the cache in IE, close it, then reopen Outlook and log back in.

Hi David,

I understood, I have two logins I think, one time I did a login with my google account and another time I did a login with a account that I created on todoist. But with both accounts I cant access Premium features.

Please send an email to david@todoist.com and brendon@doist.io letting us know what other email address you've been using with Todoist and also let us know which of these two you want to have upgraded.
