No access to Todoist

Every day after receiving "Todoist Daily Digest" I use the link "View in Todoist" to access my projects but since last friday I can´t access my page using this process or via www.todoist.com.

Could you help me?

Hello Charles,

Please clarify - what happens exactly if you go to todoist.com and try to log in? At which point are you experiencing an issue and do you see any error messages?

Also, please tell me:
- Which browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in at least one different browser (if so - which one)?
- Does clearing your browser's cache and offline data solve this issue?

Nothing happens using the link mentioned above or todoist.com.
In fact I use 3 computers during the week. One at home with Firefox last version - no problem to access, but at office (2 different places) - one using IE 9.0 and one with IE 8.0 - the problem is happening with last 2 computers.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but in order to identify the source of the issue, we would greatly appreciate if you could describe in detail what happens exactly if you go to todoist.com through IE8 and IE9? Do you see any error messages, does the page load?

Also, have you tried to clear IE's cache and cookies?

If I try to load from todoist.com no images are loaded, I mean the Todoist logo, there is no way to logon and any other images and there is a message: Completed! But there are errors! (for both IE8 & IE9)

I cleared cookies and cache but with no results.

Unfortunately At office I can´t use some resources to clarify like Skydrive.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. I still can't reproduce this issue and I can access Todoist though IE.

Please tell me - were there any changes made either in IE or your office computer (or maybe network) lately? Did you install any new software?
