Hello Ivonne,

There are two options to add emails as tasks to Todoist - through linking it or sending it to a project.

Unfortunately, in order to add an email as a link, one of our plugins has to be installed in the email client (or browser plugins, in case of GMail). We currently only offer email plugins for Outlook for Windows and Thunderbird, but we may of course develop plugins for other software in the future (you're welcome to add a request to our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/ ).

For now, to add an email as task, you can forward it to your Todoist project. The subject of the message will become the task name and the complete content of the message - a task note. For detailed instructions on how to use this feature as well as a unique email address of any project, please enter the project you want to sent tasks to and choose "Email tasks to this project" from the "Task actions" drop down menu (gear icon at the top of the task list).

Best regards,
